It felt very strange (to say the least) to be so far removed from pandemics and protests in our safe little Taiwanese bubble, while family and friends have had their lives turned upside down. Feeling very lucky, but also a bit lost and useless at times, this was our tiny way of trying to do some good. As the platform is fairly useless without users, we focused on targeting a couple of communities at a time. Starting our online promotion in Manchester and Grenada, we later developed more languages to include French and Chinese, broadening our network of 'halpers'.
